Why agencies pick ConnectZero
One install, many sub-accounts, your retail price.
Most of your sub-accounts who run 3CX have the same complaint: their phone calls are not in the CRM. Your support tickets reflect it. Your renewals conversations reflect it. The fix is the same for every one of them, and ConnectZero is built so you can solve it once.
Single install
Many sub-accounts from one install
Install at agency level and provision into individual sub-accounts as your customers ask for it. No per-customer technical setup needed beyond their own 3CX credentials.
Your price
You set the retail rate
ConnectZero is whitelabel-friendly. You buy at our marketplace rate, then bundle, mark up, or pass through to your customers however suits your business.
Real support
A 3CX-fluent Adelaide team
When you raise support, you are talking to people who deploy 3CX systems for a living. Not a queue, not an L1 script. Australian business hours, with cover for the rest of the world by arrangement.
Multi-PBX, multi-location, multi-tenant
Built for the way agencies actually deploy.
Sub-accounts are rarely tidy. Some have grown by acquisition and run several PBXes. Some have offices in three cities, on three different 3CX instances. ConnectZero handles this shape from day one.
Multi-PBX
More than one 3CX per location
Your sub-accounts can attach more than one 3CX system to a single CRM location. Useful when a customer has grown by acquisition and runs several PBXes in parallel.
Multi-location
Roll out to every sub-account
One agency-level install covers every sub-account you decide to enable. Provision into ten today, twenty tomorrow, without re-installing.
Per-location
Extension maps stay isolated
Each location’s extension-to-user map is scoped to that location. No cross-contamination between sub-accounts, no risk of an extension on customer A picking up a record on customer B.
The agency commercial model
Simple wholesale, no revenue share.
You pay the marketplace rate. Whatever you charge your customers is your decision. We do not take a cut and we do not audit your retail pricing.
Wholesale
You buy at the marketplace rate
Billed in US dollars, drawn from your CRM wallet on the location where ConnectZero is enabled. Same line item your CRM uses for every other marketplace integration.
Retail
You decide how to recover the cost
Pass through at cost, mark up to your retail rate, or include in a higher-tier package. Whatever suits your customer book.
No surprises
No revenue share, no hidden fees
Auswide does not take a cut of your customer revenue. You pay our marketplace price. What you charge your customers is your business.
What we ask of you in return
Two practical asks that help us help you.
We sell ConnectZero through your marketplace because we trust you to know your customer better than we do. In return, a couple of things help us hit a fast resolution when something goes sideways.
Heads-up
Loop us in early on tricky deployments
Hosted and Express tiers behave differently from self-managed Pro and Enterprise installs. A quick email to support with the customer’s 3CX edition saves a round of guesswork at our end.
Verbatim
Pass on customer reports word-for-word
If your customer reports an issue, forwarding their actual words, with the location ID and call timestamp, gets us to a fix faster than a paraphrase ever will.
Agency questions
The four agency-focused questions we hear most.
Can I trial ConnectZero on one sub-account before rolling it out?
Yes. Install on a single sub-account first, place a few test calls, then decide whether to enable it elsewhere.
How does billing work for agencies?
Through the CRM wallet on each location where ConnectZero is enabled. You pay the marketplace rate. Your customers pay you whatever you have set.
Can I whitelabel the installer or the in-CRM panel?
The integration installs under the 3CX ConnectZero name. The in-CRM presence is minimal: workflow triggers, the Update Call Record action, and a settings panel. If full whitelabel is a deal-breaker for you, talk to us.
Do you take a cut of our customer revenue?
No. You pay the marketplace price. What you charge downstream is yours.
Add 3CX call sync to your CRM agency in an afternoon
Install in your CRM marketplace, provision into one sub-account to trial, then roll out to the rest as demand picks up. We are on hand when a tricky 3CX deployment needs a second pair of eyes.
