Scheduled call delivery
A call ends in 3CX. Connect Zero reads the completed call from the 3CX Configuration API on a regular schedule, within minutes, then matches the external number to a CRM contact and writes the call activity, the recording, the AI transcription and the sentiment to that contact. The sync runs continuously, so new calls are picked up on each cycle.

Three workflow triggers + one write-back action
Three events fire in your CRM's workflow engine: inbound call, outbound call, missed call. Each carries the call payload as workflow data. One write-back action moves contacts between pipeline stages based on the call type, useful for "no-answer-three-times moves to dormant" or "outbound demo call moves to demo-booked".
Inbound trigger
Fires when 3CX answers an inbound call. Payload includes caller, duration, queue if applicable.
Outbound trigger
Fires when a rep dials out. Useful for "first dial attempt today" and SLA workflows.
Missed trigger
Fires on missed inbound. Drives callback workflows and SLA breach alerts.
Multi-tenant fleet management
CRM team run dozens of client accounts. Installing Connect Zero for 3CX once per client account would be a chore. The fleet console lets you install across many client accounts at once, set defaults centrally, and override per-client account where it matters. Per-client account billing rolls up to the agency's marketplace meter.
Bulk install
Install across many client accounts in one operation. Each client account picks up its own 3CX tenant credentials at first run.
Central defaults, per-account overrides
Set the AI summary template, workflow mapping, and recording retention defaults at the agency level. Override per client account when one customer needs something different.
Marketplace meter
