What you need before you install

A 3CX AI Edition tenant on V20, licensed for 8 simultaneous calls (8SC) and above (hosted or self-managed). Admin access to your CRM platform's marketplace. System Administrator access to your 3CX admin console so you can create a Configuration API client. The whole setup is paste-credentials work, no code, no server config.

3CX AI Edition, V20, 8SC+

The AI Edition on V20, licensed for 8 simultaneous calls or above. Hosted on 3CX cloud or self-managed. Lower editions are not supported.

3CX Configuration API access

Permission to create a Configuration API client in your 3CX admin console and assign it the System Administrator role. Connect Zero authenticates with OAuth2 client credentials and reads completed-call data only.

CRM marketplace access

Admin role on the parent account or client account where you are installing.
