Where is Connect Zero hosted?

Application infrastructure runs in Australia. The CRM platform we plug into (for Connect Zero for 3CX) sets its own region; the ConnectWise + Xero side runs in AU. Recording storage for 3CX is handled by your CRM, not by Connect Zero.

Who runs the support team?

A small Adelaide team. Business hours support during AU eastern-and-central time zones. Phone, email, and form. Real people, named on tickets, replying inside one business day on average.

The Adelaide story

Built by practitioners who run the same stack

Connect Zero began inside a 25-year Adelaide managed service provider that ran ConnectWise Manage as its PSA, Xero for accounting and payroll, and 3CX as its phone system. The first product (the ConnectWise to Xero invoice sync) was an internal tool written to stop the founders' own finance team re-keying invoices. It worked. Other MSPs in the local ConnectWise community asked for it. Two years later it became a packaged product, and Connect Zero became its own brand.

The same operating model still runs the family. Each new product solves a problem the team had themselves, in their own MSP practice, before it shipped to other customers.
