Connect Zero is an Adelaide product family. Three integration products, one Adelaide team, twenty-five years of practitioner experience behind every product decision. We connect the systems your team already runs so the boring half of your business stops eating the productive half.

Why we built Connect Zero

Built for ourselves first. Then for the next MSP, and the next.

Connect Zero began inside an Adelaide managed service provider that ran ConnectWise Manage as its PSA and Xero as its accounting and payroll. The founders watched their own finance team re-key invoices from one system to the other every week. They wrote a script to stop it. The script became a tool. The tool became a product. Other Adelaide MSPs asked for it. Two years later it was its own SaaS.

The same operating model drove the second and third products. Connect Zero for 3CX came from being asked, over and over, why phone calls did not appear in customer CRMs. Connect Zero for Timesheets came from the same MSP's operations manager spending Friday afternoons chasing technicians for time entries. In every case, the product was built for the team that ships it before it was sold to anyone else.

How we keep the brand voice plain

Connect Zero copy is deliberately calm. No exclamation marks. No em-dashes. No marketing puffery words. We keep a banned-word list internally and audit every page against it before publishing. Sentence-case headings. AU English spellings. Numbers, not vague claims.

Software that works the way you already work

We do not ask customers to rebuild their workflow around our integration. The integration adapts.

Plain language

If we cannot explain a feature in one sentence, the feature is not ready to ship.

Honest caveats

Continuous sync runs on a schedule. We say so explicitly. We do not pretend things are real-time when they are not.

Latency claims have a measured value. Pricing has a worked example. Setup time has a stopwatch.

What makes us different

We are an Adelaide MSP that built integration software, then realised other MSPs needed the same thing. Not a venture-funded SaaS startup that rebranded as MSP-focused. The difference shows up in three places.

We deploy what we connect

Our parent MSP runs ConnectWise, Xero, 3CX and a CRM. When a customer asks "what happens if a token expires?" we know because it has happened to us.

Adelaide-based support

AU business hours, Adelaide time, real humans on tickets. Response time targets are stated on the page, not buried in a sales conversation.

Continuous with transparent caveats

We say "continuous" because each product runs on a configurable schedule. We do not say "real-time" because that would require event streams the source systems do not publish.

Are all three products billed in AUD?

The two ConnectWise-side products (ConnectWise Xero Invoice Sync and Timesheets) are billed in AUD via Stripe. Connect Zero for 3CX is billed in USD via the CRM marketplace meter (the marketplace platform sets the currency, not us). Adelaide support hours apply to all three products regardless of billing currency.

Do I have to be an Adelaide business to buy?

No. The Adelaide framing describes where we are, not who we serve. The ConnectWise Xero products are designed for Australian MSPs (AU GST handling, AU Privacy Act, AUD billing) but operate anywhere Xero and ConnectWise run. The 3CX product runs globally through the CRM marketplace.
