Connect Zero builds integration software for the tools your team already runs.

Two products. One small team. Adelaide-based. Built by practitioners who run these stacks day to day.

Why we built Connect Zero.

The founders of Connect Zero have been in the IT industry since 2001. 25 years of practitioner experience behind every product decision.

Both Connect Zero products started the same way. We run a managed services and integration practice in Adelaide. We use ConnectWise Manage as our PSA. We use Xero for our books and our payroll. We deploy 3CX phone systems for South Australian businesses, and a fair number of those businesses then ask us how to get the calls onto their CRM.

Both gaps were ours first. The ConnectWise and Xero sync replaced an hour a week of double-handling for our own finance person. The 3CX to CRM bridge replaced the same conversation we kept having with phone-system customers, the calls happen here, the contact lives there, and the two never meet.

We built fixes for ourselves. We showed them to other teams who lived the same problem. They wanted to buy them. So we packaged them up, put them on Stripe and a marketplace, and now Connect Zero is two products that quietly run in the background of dozens of Australian businesses.

How Connect Zero maintains its plainspoken brand voice.

The way we write these pages is roughly how we sound when you ring the support number. Mid-formal, plainspoken, partnership-framed. Five things we keep coming back to.

Software that works the way real businesses work.

The deployments we run have backups that fail, recordings that arrive late, time entries that get edited mid-week, and invoices that get re-issued. Our software has to handle that picture. Not the marketing-deck picture.

Self-serve where it makes sense. Talk to a person where it matters.

The trial is self-serve. The signup is self-serve. The Xero OAuth is self-serve. Onboarding for a complex stack, payroll edge cases, multi-organisation mapping, that is a conversation. No sales gate in front of a 30-day trial.

Plainspoken over polished.

Honest caveats. No buzzwords. No "seamless", no "world-class", no "transform". We name what the product does, name what it does not, and let the work speak.

Australian-built for Australian rhythms.

Adelaide timezone hard-pinned. South Australian public holidays seeded into the payroll calendar through 2027. Australian English in the copy. AUD on the invoice. The team is in the same timezone you are.

One team behind both products.

Your support tickets go to the engineers who built the integration, not an L1 queue. No outsourced call centre, no script-reading L1.

What makes us different.

There are other ConnectWise-to-Xero connectors and there are other 3CX-to-CRM integrations on the market. Three things separate us from them.

We deploy what we connect.

The team that built the ConnectWise-Xero sync runs ConnectWise as its own PSA. The team that built the 3CX bridge deploys 3CX phone systems weekly. The edge cases that show up in the support queue have usually shown up in our own deployment first.

Adelaide-based, AUD-billed, Australian timezone.

Most ConnectWise-Xero connectors on the market are US-built and USD-billed. Connect Zero is Australian-built end to end. The application runs in Australia. Support hours are Adelaide business hours. The phone is answered by a person.

Continuous sync, transparent caveats.

We call our sync "continuous" because it is, scheduled every few hours, configurable per tenant. We do not call it "real-time" because it is not. We name the trade-offs in the pricing page, the FAQ, and the setup walkthrough. No surprise asterisks.

How we build software.

Six principles that shape what gets shipped and what does not.

01

Real-time where it matters, scheduled where it does not.

Phone calls hit the CRM in under ten seconds because a missed call needs an instant follow-up. Invoices sync every few hours because reconciliation does not need to be real-time and the load on ConnectWise and Xero needs to stay polite.

02

Self-serve trial. No demo gate.

The 30-day trial is a real product trial. No credit card, no sales call, no "schedule a discovery". Sign up, connect the stacks, run real data through it. If it does not fit, walk away.

03

Transparent pricing.

The pricing page lists the tier table, the per-invoice rate, the onboarding options and the additional-hour rate. No "contact us for enterprise pricing" on tiers a small MSP can afford. The price you see is the price you pay.

04

Honest caveats in the docs.

The setup guide, the FAQ, and the how-it-works page list what the product does not do. Limitations are flagged inline, not buried in a release-notes footnote.

05

One product, one queue.

Support tickets for both products land with the same small team. The person who answers your ticket has shipped code on the product they are answering for.

06

Releases land quietly.

No marketing-driven releases. Features ship when they are ready and stable. The changelog is short and factual. We would rather you not notice an upgrade than promise one and miss it.

What this looks like in practice.

We do not run named-customer logos on this page. Two reasons. Our customers run the integrations quietly in their back office, and they prefer it that way. And the value of a named logo is that you recognise the brand. The value of a deployment story is that you recognise yourself in it. Three sketches.

Story 1 · MSP, two trading entities, one Xero

The finance person spent the last week of every month reconciling timesheets between ConnectWise and Xero payroll. Each ConnectWise time entry had to be matched to a Xero earning rate and a Xero tracking category, by hand, per staff member, per pay period. Connect Zero replaced that week with a scheduled sync and a single exceptions report on the last working day. The finance person now spends month-end on the exceptions, not on the data entry.

Story 2 · One ConnectWise tenant, two Xero orgs

ConnectWise has two locations, the operating business and a related trust, that post to two separate Xero organisations for tax reasons. Off-the-shelf connectors assume one-to-one. Connect Zero's per-location Xero mapping handles the routing. Invoices created against ConnectWise location A land in Xero organisation A. Same for location B. No manual re-coding.

Story 3 · 3CX sales team alongside a CRM

Inbound calls came in on 3CX. Contacts lived in the CRM. The two systems never met, so call history was a phone-system log that salespeople did not check and an empty contact-activity feed in the CRM. Connect Zero's 3CX bridge logs every inbound, outbound and missed call onto the right CRM contact in under ten seconds, with the recording attached. First-week impact, the sales manager could see which leads were actually being called.

Want to talk first?

Both products are self-serve and the trial or install is short. If you would rather have a conversation before you sign up, send us a note. We will write back. Adelaide business hours, Adelaide phone number, same small team you would be working with on the day-one onboarding.
