Override the defaults on individual sub-accounts. A customer who needs a different AI summary template, a different webhook target, or a different workflow mapping gets it without breaking the fleet.
How the meter rolls up
Each active sub-account counts as one meter unit per month. "Active" means at least one call processed in the billing month; sub-accounts with zero activity roll off automatically. The marketplace meter charges your agency parent account a single monthly bill in USD. Volume discount applies once you have 10+ active sub-accounts.
