Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days. No credit card needed to start. Install from your CRM marketplace, finish the setup wizard, and the trial begins automatically.
What is the per-call cost beyond the base?
USD 0.02 per inbound call message synced into your CRM. Outbound calls and Update Call Record actions do not incur this fee. The per-call meter only applies to inbound messages that create or attach to a contact note.
Do I need a yearly contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no annual lock-in. Stop any time by uninstalling the Connect Zero app from your CRM marketplace.
What payment methods are supported?
Connect Zero bills through the CRM marketplace, which uses card-on-file via the marketplace payment processor. We do not handle credit-card details directly.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
The 30-day free trial is the no-risk window. If you decide Connect Zero is not the right fit before the trial ends, uninstall the app and you are not charged.
How do I switch from an Aircall or JustCall to-CRM integration?
Install Connect Zero into the same CRM sub-account, run the setup wizard against your existing 3CX, then disable the other integration. Calls keep flowing without a contact-record gap, and your existing 3CX continues running.
What does the workflow trigger fee cover?
USD 0.01 per trigger fired covers a CRM workflow that listens for a Connect Zero event such as an inbound call, missed call, or call-segment outcome. The trigger fires natively inside your CRM workflow builder, no webhook setup, no separate Zapier step.
Can I run this across multiple locations or tenants?
Yes. The base price is per location per month. A multi-location agency or a multi-tenant CRM rolls Connect Zero out across as many locations or tenants as needed, each at the same flat USD 39 base plus its own usage meter.
