Your conversation data stays yours
AI prompts use contact-record context to ground the response, but no conversation content feeds external model training. Workspace data is segregated; one workspace never sees another's threads, contacts, or AI history. Voice transcripts retain per the workspace retention setting (default 90 days). Voicebot recordings retain per the workspace retention setting (default 30 days).
