Setup and onboarding
How long does setup take?

Most teams have inbox, calendar, and first pipeline live by end of day one. Workflows and marketing campaigns add another two to three days. By end of week one, the team is running the daily cycle through the CRM.

Do you help migrate from our current CRM?

Yes. Migration help is included on every plan during the trial. The team helps import contacts, set up integrations, and configure your first three workflows.

What systems can I connect on day one?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for inbox + calendar. Stripe for payments. Twilio for SMS. Common social channels for the inbox.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. The whole setup is paste-credentials and click-toggle, not code. AU support is on chat if you get stuck.

Integrations and migration
Can I keep using my existing email tool?

Yes. Two-way sync with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 means your inbox stays on your existing provider. The CRM surfaces emails on the contact record.

Does this integrate with my accounting tool?

The CRM has its own quoting, invoicing, and pay-by-link surface for the sales-to-cash cycle. If you need ConnectWise to Xero sync, see the separate Connect Zero Invoice Sync product.

Can I import contacts from a CSV?

Yes. Bulk CSV import with column mapping. The team helps with the first import during the trial.

Support and uptime
Where is the team based?

Adelaide, South Australia. AU business-hours support during AEST and AEDT.

What is the uptime target?

99.9% monthly uptime. Status page shows real-time incident reporting. Application infrastructure runs in Australia.

Data and privacy
Where is data hosted?

Australian infrastructure (Sydney) under the Australian Privacy Principles. Multi-region replicas optional for performance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

CSV export of all contacts, deals, conversations, and reports available up to 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days the workspace is purged from our systems per the privacy policy.

Is conversation data used for AI training?

No. AI prompts use contact-record context to ground responses, but no conversation content feeds external model training. Workspace data is segregated.
