Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Install Connect Zero from your CRM marketplace and run through the setup wizard to get started. We ask for billing details only if you choose to keep using it.
What is included in the trial?
Every feature on the live plan. Two-way 3CX and CRM sync, call recording attachment, native CRM workflow triggers, the operator portal, Adelaide-based support, and multi-tenant or multi-location support if your account uses it.
How long is the trial?
Thirty days from the moment you finish setup. You see real call data flowing into your CRM contact records the day you connect.
What happens after the trial?
If you do nothing, the app keeps running and we start billing on your selected plan. Current plan options are on the pricing page. If you do not want to continue, uninstall the app from your CRM marketplace before the trial ends and we do not bill.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel by uninstalling the Connect Zero app from your CRM marketplace. No 30-day notice clause, no annual lock-in, no contract.
How do I install it?
From your CRM marketplace. Search Connect Zero, open the listing, install into your sub-account. The setup wizard takes you through paste-your-3CX-address, test the connection, map extensions to users, and activate. Most teams finish in under five minutes.
