There is no setup fee, no per-seat fee, and no minimum term. You add locations at the same per-location price as you grow, and you cancel by uninstalling the app.

What the base covers

The USD 39 per location, per month base subscription includes every feature you need to run the integration:

  • Real-time inbound, outbound and missed-call sync, deduplicated by the 3CX call history ID.
  • All three workflow triggers: call started, call ended, and missed call.
  • The Update Call Record workflow action, so your automations can write notes, tags and sentiment back onto a call at no extra cost.
  • Recording attached to the contact conversation as an audio link, streamed from the PBX rather than stored on our servers.
  • Extension-to-user mapping with E.164 contact normalisation and a last-five-digits fallback.
  • Multi-PBX support per location, for agencies that need it.

What is metered, and what is free

Two meters sit on top of the base. A call sync costs USD 0.02 each time a 3CX call is synced into a contact conversation, whether it is inbound, outbound or missed. A workflow trigger costs USD 0.01 each time Connect Zero fires one of the three triggers.

Everything else is free. Update Call Record action executions, trigger subscriptions, recording attachments and contact matching all carry no per-event charge. The only two billable meters are the call sync and the workflow trigger.

A worked example

Take a five-person team running a single CRM location. In a busy month they sync 3,300 calls and fire a workflow trigger on roughly a quarter of them, about 200 triggers. The all-in cost works out like this:

Existing installs and grandfathering

If you installed an earlier version of Connect Zero for 3CX before the paid pricing went live, your install is not automatically moved onto the new paid plan.
